Centre national de l'audiovisuel, Luxembourg
- Opening of a major platform for photography and PR Campaign of exhibitions since 2012
We have been working with le Centre national de l'audiovisuel, Luxembourg (CNA) since spring 2012. We are managing the international press launch of the Château d'Eau and Pomhouse - an important new platform for photography in Luxembourg. The Château d'Eau and Pomhouse are ex-industrial buildings a stone's throw away from the main building of the CNA in Dudelange, Luxembourg, close to Luxembourg town centre. The buildings are being completely refurbished and will open to the public on 29 September. The Château d'Eau (water tower) will be the new home for the historic collection The Bitter Years, curated in the 1960s for MoMA by Luxembourg-born photography expert Edward Steichen. The Bitter Years is part of the CNA's permanent collection and considered an important part of Luxembourg's national heritage. The adjacent Pomhouse (pumphouse) will be a new space for contemporary photography. London-based British artist Stephen Gill has created a site-specific work especially for the opening, entitled Coexistence. Agenda is planning a press trip on 28 Septembre for international journalists. Find out more.
