Campaigns: Museum Kunstpalast Düsseldorf
Museum Kunstpalast Düsseldorf
Reopening 7 May 2011
When the Museum Kunstpalast reopened its doors after a major refurbishment, they selected us to manage an international press and publicity campaign. On 7 May 2011 the museum unveiled its treasures once more and put some 450 extra artworks on display. We secured coverage across the European press, from art magazines to daily newspapers. On 20 September, we worked with the Kunstpalast to host a special event at the Residence of the German Ambassador in Paris - Hôtel Beauharnais, introducing the museum’s permanent collections and upcoming exhibitions to the French media. We further boosted the Kunstpalast’s international profile by hosting our 11th Communicating the Museum (link, Dusseldorf conference) conference there in July 2011. The conference gathered over 200 international museum professionals and senior figures from major corporations to the museum.
