Carol provides consultant services in marketing and communications for higher education, museums, and non-profits. Her expertise is in the strategy, design and oversight of the strategic framing of communications through execution of the creative solutions, including website, social media, content development, and on-site digital installations. Clients include The History Center of Lake Forest, The DuSable Museum of African American History, Northwestern University, Greenville College, Tulane University, the Schuler Scholar Program, and Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
As the lead of North and South American operations for several Publicis Groupe agencies, she managed between $15 and $50 million in client services annually. Over her two decades in marketing, her assignments included leadership for new business, creatively directing several global brands, including McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Miller/Coors, and Disney/Pixar.
With a B.A. from Northwestern University in English Literature and Creative Writing, and two years of additional coursework at the School of the Art Institute in Fine Arts, Sculpture and Portraiture, Carol brings a balanced knowledge of the visual and the verbal to her work. She is a native English speaker and is conversational in French.
