To develop our activity and reinforce our team, we are looking for an intern to work at the Sydney office for 3 to 6 months as a Project Manager Assistant.

Missions:

  1. Develop digital marketing:
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Create the content
  • E-reputation
  • Update the website through WordPress, SEO
  1. Organise direct marketing:
  • Review and send our different newsletters (up to 4 a month) through MailChimp
  • Send direct email to participants encouraging the promotion
  • Enrich and update the existing database
  1. Assist to organise International Conferences
  • Working closely with graphic designer and project manager
  • Researching new partners for each conference
  • Reporting and analising the results
  • Manage the speaker’s profile online

Title: Project Manager Assistant

Your skills:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Social Media
  • Microsoft office suite
  • WordPress
  • Mailchimp
  • Photoshop and InDesign
  • Autonomous
  • Native English speaking. French basics is a plus
  • Interest in culture and arts

Duration: 3 to 6 months – Full time 9-5
