Italian website InsideArt has just published a video and article about the Musée d'Art Classique de Mougins.

In the video, museum director Mark Merrony tells the story behind the museum. Located in the picturesque town of Mougins, near Nice, the museum opened its doors to the public last summer. Mark Merrony talks about the major works on show, ranging from ancient Greek and Roman sculpture to contemporary pieces by Marc Quinn and Antony Gormley. The interview is in English with Italian subtitles.

Offering further insight into the attractions of the town, the director of the Musée de la Photographie André Villiers and the head of the Mougins tourist office are also interviewed (in French with Italian subtiles).
