Dutch and Flemish painting show at Guggenheim Bilbao
From 8 October, the Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao will present the collection of Dutch and Flemish masterpieces from the Städel Museum in Frankfurt.
The Golden Age of Dutch and Flemish Painting features 130 paintings, including works by prominent artists from the period: Vermeer, Rembrandt, Hals, Rubens, the Brueghels, Jan Steen, Jan van Goyen, Cornelis de Heem, Karel van Mander, Dirck van Baburen, Abraham Mignon, or Adriaen Brouwer, among others.
The exhibition runs from 8 October until 23 January, 2011.
