We managed the National Gallery’s press relations across Europe for over a decade. Our brief was to increase awareness of the gallery’s world class collections, focusing in particular on its prestigious holdings of Old Master paintings. Thanks to our network of contacts across the European art and culture press we arranged regular press trips and generated high level media coverage on a series of major exhibitions. We worked closely with the National Gallery’s former director, Neil MacGregor (now director of the British Museum), securing interviews with key European journalists, boosting the profile of this prestigious institution within Continental Europe.
