Mudam, Luxembourg
- launch of Mudam 2007
Mudam is Luxembourg's first museum dedicated to contemporary art. Its aim is to promote and display innovation and development across the artistic world. Under the directorship of Marie-Claude Beaud, a major figure in the international art world, Mudam organises a varied and exciting programme of exhibitions, promoting international as well as Luxembourgish artists. Mudam’s permanent collection comprises works by the world’s leading artists and makers including Marina Abramovic, Sophie Calle, Cai Guo Qiang and Tony Cragg and Hussein Chalayan. We conducted an international press launch for Mudam’s opening in June 2007. Articles appeared in Le Monde, the Sunday Times (UK) and the Independent (UK) among others.
