Clemence recently graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor Degree in Communication Arts. She also holds a Masters' Degree from EFAP in Paris. A specialist in communications, innovation and design, Clemence has worked in Paris, New York and London as a project manager in event planning, advertising and media. She organised several events including Top Model France 2009 and was in charge of the Procter & Gamble account while she was working as a digital account manager at Leo Burnett London.

Clemence first joined Agenda in 2007 to work on the 7th Communicating the Museum conference in Madrid. She has been appointed as Project Manager to run the second edition of the International Design Communication Awards, IDCA. The winners of IDCA will be announced in New York in June 2012, at Agenda’s 12th Communicating the Museum conference.
